Rakytov is set in the central part of the Big Fatra mountains. The peak is visited mainly thanks to its marvellous view, considered as the most beautiful in the Big Fatra mountains. You may see the Nizke Tatry mountains, the Zapadni Tatry mountains and during nice weather even the Vysoke Tatry mountains from the top. If you decide to climb Rakytov, you will recognize it owning to its pyramide shape.
